FAQ

          Simply upload your video onto our website, set your price and tell all your friends and family!  You receive 70% of all the sales revenue from the downloads of your video.  The more people that download your video, the more money you make!

2)  Can I charge whatever I want?

          Yes!  You set the price you want to charge people for downloading and viewing your video.  Whether it is $5.00 or $100.00, it’s up to you.

          As a seller, you may request payment from us at anytime, with each payment being a minimum of $10.00.  We will provide payment options to you (Paypal, wire transfer, check, etc) and reserve a maximum of 5 business days to payout your earnings.  Please be advised that certain categories will have a specific payout schedule, this primarily relates to schools and religion.

4)  How do I upload and download?

          Simply sign-up for free and set up your account as either a buyer, seller or affiliate.  Then click on the “Upload Instructions” or “Download Instructions” button and follow the step-by-step instructions.

5)  What is an affiliate?

          Affiliates are third-party sellers.  For example, a professional videographer might enter into an arrangement with a little league whereby he would video little league baseball games and upload them for sale.  Then he will get a portion of the net sales revenue and the little league association would get the rest.

6)  Do you market my video for me?

          While we market the ReelMcCoy.TV website, we do not market individual videos.  Success is best achieved through a viral marketing concept in which you tell your friends and family and they tell theirs and so on.

7)  How do I know how many people have downloaded my video?

          When you create your seller account, we will establish an information page for you to access which tracks the number of downloads and the balance in your account. 

8)  Can I post a video of anything?

          Generally, yes.  However, we reserve the right to refuse any videos that, in our sole discretion, include content that is offensive, pornographic, contains threats or incites violence towards individuals or entities.  Additionally, it is YOUR responsibility to insure that you have the right to sell the video content.  We take no responsibility as to copyrights, licenses, etc that may be required.  As such, you will be held liable.  There is more detailed information in our Terms of Use.

9)  What if I’m having problems?

          We hope that none of the users of our site encounter problems.  However, if you need help, you may either go to the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the home page, and send us an email describing the problem.  Or you may use the Live Support option at the top of each page.

Yes you can. You may sell ALL file's types. For example, *.pdf file can be uploaded as a vector publication.

11) Can I sell CD collections?

Yes you can. You should zip your CD collection and upload it as a vector publication.

12) Can the script  extract IPTC & EXIF information and add it to a photo publication automatically?

Yes. The Photo Video Store script supports the feature.
